- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Would have given a big fat 0 if I could. Had an appointment called to let them know I had an emergency come up but was only going to be a couple of minutes late. The lady that I talked to told me I had to be there within 5 minutes and I was but she would not get off a personal call to acknowledge I was there. 2 minutes later she looked up and said I was late.
